1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most physical items purchased from Coder Tech Kenya within 7 days of delivery, provided that:
- The item is unused and undamaged.
- It’s returned with original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- You present a valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).
Non-Returnable Items:
- Digital downloads (software, templates, eBooks, online courses)
- Personalized or customized products
- Clearance or promotional sale items

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Once verified, you can choose between a replacement or a full refund.
Return shipping costs are covered by Coder Tech Kenya for defective or incorrect orders.

- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless due to Coder Tech Kenya’s error.

You can exchange eligible items within 7 days for a different size, model, or color, based on stock availability.
