At Coder Tech Kenya, we value our learners and strive to provide high-quality digital courses, training, and IT services. This Refund and Return Policy outlines the terms under which refunds or returns may be issued for our online products and services.
1. Digital Courses and Online Training
All our courses are delivered digitally and accessible immediately upon enrollment. Because of this, we generally do not offer refunds once course access has been granted.
However, we may consider refund requests under the following conditions:
- You were charged more than once for the same course.
- You were unable to access the course due to a verified technical issue on our platform.
- You requested cancellation before course access was granted (within 24 hours of purchase).
To qualify, you must submit your request within 7 days of purchase.
2. Subscription Plans or Memberships
If you are enrolled in a subscription-based plan (such as ongoing access to training materials or mentorship programs):
- You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Refunds will only apply if cancellation is made within 3 days of initial payment and you have not accessed any premium materials.
- After this period, no refunds will be issued, but your access will continue until the end of the current billing cycle.
3. Physical Products (if applicable)
If Coder Tech Kenya offers physical materials (e.g., printed guides, branded merchandise, or hardware kits):
- Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
- The item must be unused and in its original packaging.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was defective or incorrect.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 7–14 business days.
You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been issued.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Completed or partially completed online courses
- Downloaded materials (eBooks, templates, or source code)
- Personalized mentorship sessions or consultation fees
- Promotional or discounted course purchases
